Shipping Policy

After your order is placed, our dedicated team meticulously inspects and carefully packages your purchase within 1-3 business days. Feel free to include a gift note by leaving a message in the order notes during checkout.

Shipping Duration: Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once our carrier picks up and scans your package, the delivery status is no longer within our control. Unfortunately, we cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

Domestic Customers: Orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. typically arrive within 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to AK, HI, and outlying territories may take a bit longer. Please note that shipping time doesn't include in-studio processing.

International Customers: For international orders, we employ USPS First Class International or USPS Priority Mail International. These typically take 1-3 weeks to reach their destination. If you require rush shipments, kindly reach out to our Customer Service team at orders@sawdustandembers.com.

Additional Fees for International Shipments: Please be aware that shipping fees do not cover any extra import charges that international shipments might incur. These could include customs, duties, or country-specific fees. Unfortunately, Sawdust & Embers has no control over these additional fees. Responsibility for paying these charges falls to the customer. We are unable to label international packages as zero value or gifts to circumvent customs duties or fees.

Return and Exchange Policy

At Sawdust & Embers, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that choosing scents online can be challenging, and we are committed to making your shopping experience as seamless and worry-free as possible.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging intact. If you are unhappy with the scent you chose, we are more than happy to assist you in finding one that better suits your preferences.

Exchanges

Need a different scent or product? We offer hassle-free exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Simply return the item in its original condition, and we will send you a replacement of your choice. If you received a product that arrived melted or damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Store Credit

Prefer store credit? If you’d like, we can issue store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used for any future purchases and does not expire.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [contact email/phone number] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return form provided with your shipment.
  3. Ship Your Return: Use the prepaid shipping label provided or send the package to our return address at 2310 Richfield Dr. Garland, TX 75040.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives melted, damaged, or defective, please contact us immediately at returns@sawdustandembers.com with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
