Bulk ordering is intended for customers purchasing multiple candles for gifting, events, or business use. Retailers purchasing inventory for resale should visit our Wholesale Partnerships page.

How the Quote Process Works

  1. Submit the request form below with your preferred candles, quantity, delivery location, and required date.
  2. We’ll review product availability, production capacity, timing, and any requested presentation details.
  3. If the request is a fit, we’ll provide a quote outlining pricing, shipping, lead time, and the next steps required to confirm the order.

Bulk pricing and availability depend on the products, quantity, timing, and scope of the request. Submitting the form does not reserve inventory or guarantee a delivery date.

Before You Request a Quote

Non-resale orders: Bulk ordering is for gifts, events, hospitality, and organizational use. Products purchased for resale require an approved wholesale relationship.

Availability and timing: Products, quantities, production timing, and delivery dates are reviewed for each request. No inventory or production time is reserved until an order is confirmed.

Branding and presentation: Standard Sawdust & Embers products retain their original labels and branding. Special labeling, packaging, or presentation is not guaranteed and will be included only when specifically approved in the quote.

Pricing and costs: Any quantity-based pricing, shipping charges, and applicable taxes will be shown in the quote. Website promotions do not automatically apply to quoted bulk orders.

Confirmation: The quote will explain the payment and approval steps required to confirm the order. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after materials are committed or production begins.

Delivery issues: Report damaged or incorrect items promptly and include clear photos of the products and packaging so we can review the issue.

The terms included in an accepted quote govern that specific bulk order.
