The foundational scents that shaped Sawdust & Embers.

This collection includes our original candles and the ideas that grew from them. Muir Woods came from a trip to the redwood forest, which led to Fern Canyon and Redwood Creek. Worn Leather referenced Texas, which opened the door to other textiles—Heathered Cashmere, Brushed Suede, Stonewashed Linen. Alamo Twilight drew from San Antonio, inspiring Mesa Moonlight and Pecos Valley.

These are the scents that established our approach: grounded in specific places and materials, built to feel familiar rather than novel. The candles we return to when developing something new.
