After placing your order, our team will inspect and carefully package your purchase within 1-3 business days. We offer gift notes; leave a message in the order notes at checkout.

Domestic Shipping - Once shipped, all US candle orders take 2-5 business days to arrive, subject to location. Outlying territories such as Alaska and Hawaii may take longer. Shipping times do not include processing. Expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost.

International Shipping -International purchases are shipped using USPS Priority Mail International. Rates are automatically calculated by country and typically arrive in 1-3 weeks. We can also use other carriers to email us at orders@sawdustandembers.com upon request.

Please note international shipments do not include any additional import, customs,
or duties fees to which these shipments may be subject. Unfortunately, Sawdust & Embers has no control over this; the customer is responsible for paying any customs fees required by the importing country.

Returns - At Sawdust & Embers, our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t
offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
