Domestic Shipping:
We dispatch all US candle orders to embark on their journey to you, which typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. Please note, destinations like Alaska and Hawaii might require a bit more patience. Keep in mind, shipping times are separate from processing times. For those in a hurry, expedited shipping options are available at an extra charge.

International Shipping:
For our global community, we ship purchases via USPS Priority Mail International, ensuring your package arrives in 1-3 weeks, depending on your country. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout. Prefer another carrier? Drop us a line at orders@sawdustandembers.com, and we'll accommodate your request.

Please Note: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country. These additional charges must be borne by the recipient; Sawdust & Embers has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Returns:
Every Sawdust & Embers product undergoes a rigorous quality check before shipping. However, due to the unique nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for used candles.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
